Making Project Content Understandable
We start our project with an initiation workshop developing the relevant process content with the building owner respectively the participants and generating a common understanding. Having specified a structure together, all standards like project formalities and process descriptions of audit, claim management or decisions, meeting frequencies, cost structures, project structures, filing conventions etc. are explained and visualized in a corresponding manual for documentation. It is updated throughout the progress of the project and therefore only contains actively practiced points. The documentation thus helps to orientate towards points discussed.
