Lead to Simplicity
Our management method Lead to Lean® comes into play, when classic Lean Management reaches its limits. Lead to Lean® means "Lead to simplicity" and aims at the middle management. At Dr. Schönheit + Partner, "lean" means simple and not slim. The optimization of work processes and the value stream replaces the pure orientation on costs. What is special about this method is its consistent application in the whole operative system.
