MASTER PLAN as Long-Term Factory Development Strategy
Assigned by BRAND GMBH + CO KG, Dr. Schönheit + Partner worked out a master plan for the existing site in Wertheim (40,000 m²) and for the settlement of a new estate (39,000 m²) to plan the possible development steps at an early stage and in a well directed way. Based on the up-dating of the business strategy and the long-term development of the production programes first the needs for growth and change of the existing buildings and existent open areas were determined. The characteristic orientation of the master plan composes the systematic flow of material and human beings through the entire site. (planning from inside out).
